Forklift Operator

Job Description

Maxum Staffing is hiring Forklift & Warehouse Associates for immediate openings. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load and unload trucks, move materials, and support overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach, or pallet jack) safely and efficiently

Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling

Move and stack materials in the warehouse or production area

Assist with general warehouse duties, including packing, sorting, and inventory management

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience

Forklift certification is a plus but not required

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Willingness to work as part of a team
