Full-Time Nanny Manager – Lincoln Park, Chicago
Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week + Overtime to be Expected $25–$32/hour DOE Start Date: Mid-June to Early July
A warm family in Lincoln Park, is seeking a Full-Time Nanny Manager to care for their two children and support household routines. The nanny will focus primarily on a 1-year-old, as the 4-year-old attends school full-time, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include school drop-off and pick-up, engaging childcare, and light household tasks.

Position: Full-Time Nanny Manager
Start Date: Mid-June to Early July 2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM (hours expected to change in September- likely level out to 40hr. weeks)
Location: Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL
Compensation: $25–$32/hour DOE + PTO (Vacation, Holiday, Sick/Personal)
Parking: On-site parking available
Vaccination Requirement: Nanny must be fully vaccinated
Overtime: Occasional overtime required
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English
Safe and reliable driver with a clean driving record and access to a personal vehicle for school runs and errands
Comfortable in a home with a cat (no pet care required)
Experience working with young children, especially toddlers and preschoolers
Flexible with scheduling and open to occasional evening babysitting or extended hours
Long-term commitment; open to adapting as the children grow
Comfortable with parents who work from home in a separate space
Responsibilities
Childcare:
Provide nurturing care for a 1-year-old during the day, and for the 4-year-old before and after school
Handle daily school drop-off and pick-up for the 4-year-old
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities to support development
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Maintain a safe and tidy environment for the children
Organize children’s belongings and play spaces
Household Support:
Family laundry and general tidying
Clean up after meals (dishes, counters, etc.)
Run occasional errands, such as grocery shopping
Light meal prep or cooking for the family is a plus
Load/unload dishwasher and support general household organization
Ideal Candidate
