Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

About the Role:

Express is partnering with a a trusted manufacturer in Grand Forks, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time position with consistent overtime and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts according to specifications

Follow designated sequences to ensure precise and efficient fabrication

Interpret and work from shop drawings to produce high-quality, conforming parts

Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and tape measures to ensure tolerances are met

Perform spot checks and quality inspections throughout the production process

Set work priorities to meet production deadlines

Assist with receiving, handling, and maintaining steel inventory

Support customers and fabricators with steel and project orders as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic math skills and the ability to read shop drawings

Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for long periods

Willingness to learn forklift, pallet jack, and other material-handling equipment

Valid driver's license required

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8-hour shifts plus 1 hour of daily overtime
