This role blends advanced graphic design expertise with client management, requiring someone adept at translating client needs into effective visual solutions and managing projects through the full production cycle.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and skilled individual with strong communication abilities, an advanced understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and print production processes, and a passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused results.

This position offers opportunities for leadership and growth within a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Profit sharingPotential for commissionNo health benefitsResponsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts, managing project scope and timelines effectively.Develop proofs, production-ready files, and press-ready artwork that adhere to both technical specifications and visual requirements.Manage projects from initiation through final production, collaborating closely with printing, signage, and fulfillment teams.Provide creative input, pricing guidance, and production expertise to support the sales and operations teams.Accurately input and manage client projects within our internal systems, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a print or agency environment.A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Familiarity with large format, traditional print, and promotional/apparel printing processes.A strong work ethic and a collaborative team attitude.A valid driver's license.Legal eligibility to work in the United States.Skills:Advanced Graphic Design Proficiency: Deep understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and branding.Adobe Creative Suite Expertise: Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.Print Production Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of print production processes, file setup, and signage standards.

Familiarity with wide-format, traditional print, and promotional/apparel printing.Project Management: Proven ability to manage project scope and timelines effectively.Client Management: Professional communication skills, a client-first mindset, and experience acting as a primary point of contact for accounts.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in both design and project management.Problem-Solving: Ability to solve creative problems and translate client needs into effective designs.Time Management & Prioritization: Experience managing multiple priorities under deadline pressure.Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with production, signage, and fulfillment teams, as well as support sales and operations.Technical Skills: Ability to prepare proofs, production files, and press-ready artwork to meet technical and visual standards.
