Founding Engineer

Job Description

We're assisting a well-funded startup with their search for founding engineers (both backend focused and product focused). Their product is an AI-powered workspace, utilizing embedded AI agents and large-scale agent orchestration.

Tech Stack: Next.js, React, Typescript, GoLang

What you'll do:

Build in a full stack capacity

Talk to users, track metrics, and iterate quickly

Scope out and implement core features

Shape product vision and roadmap

What you'll bring:

3+ years of professional software development experience

Has worked at hyper growth companies with great products

Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco 6 days per week

Experience building production application layer AI products

Nice to have:

Experience with GoLang, TypeScript, NextJS, Redis, RAG systems, and agent architectures
