Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Valid state licensure as a Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
Strong munication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and conduct assessments.
Knowledge of best practices in mental health and educational environments.
