This contract position is ideal for either a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), looking to make a meaningful impact in a student's daily life.

Responsibilities:

Deliver prehensive nursing care to the student, ensuring all medical needs are met.

Monitor and support the student through their daily activities, employing a passionate and patient-centered approach.

Collaborate with educational staff and family to create a supportive learning environment.

Administer medications and manage the students G-tube as required.

Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing and toileting, ensuring the students fort and dignity.

Qualifications:

Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of Maine.

Previous experience in school nursing or with pediatric patients, particularly those with special needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of seizure management and total care procedures is preferred.
