We are seeking a Safety Administrator to join our team in our Houston, TX or Denver, CO office. In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of health and safety programs across the organization. This position ensures regulatory compliance, assists with safety initiatives, manages documentation, and promotes a positive safety culture in the workplace.

The Role

Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and compliance documentation

Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee safety training programs

Support incident investigations by collecting data, preparing reports, and following up on corrective actions

Monitor and track safety-related metrics (e.g injury rates, near misses, audit results)

Assist in the development and distribution of safety materials and communications

Ensure documents are up to date and accessible

Work closely with supervisors and managers to identify and mitigate safety risks

May require occasional weekend or after-hours availability for emergency situations or special projects

Other items as assignedRequirements:

2+ Years of experience in an administrative or related role

Experience in construction, telecommunications, or related environments a plus

Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards a plus

Proficient in Microsoft office suite

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish a plus

Required use of appropriate PPE when visiting work sites

Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

Ability to travel to multiple job location sites, up to 25%

Ability to work effectively in diverse environmental conditions including exposure to weather elements, dust, noise, and potentially hazardous materials, with appropriate protective measures

Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving

Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
