Job Description

Now Hiring: General Laborer

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)

Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday to Thursday)Key Duties:

Handle and transport steel plates weighing up to 75 lbs

Interpret blueprints to support layout and assembly tasks

Use hand and power tools such as grinders, tape measures, and magnetic drills

Prepare materials for welding by cleaning surfaces and removing rust or scale

Assist with part tracking using internal software systems

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely (training provided)

Organize and deliver pre-cut steel plates to machining areasIdeal Candidate:

Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs regularly

Previous experience in metal fabrication, grinding, or assembly is a plus—but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
