Qualifications:
Doctoral or Masters degree in School Psychology
Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist
Previous experience working with K-12 students
Strong assessment and evaluation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and administrators
Cultural competency and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Location:
Chapin, SC (40 minutes Northwest of Columbia, SC)
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide psychological interventions and support to students and staff
Collaborate with teachers and administrators to implement effective strategies for student success
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
Offer consultations to families regarding student needs and available resources
Develop and deliver professional development workshops for staff on mental health topics
