Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Audio-Visual Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining integrated Audio-Visual equipment and systems. This role requires strong technical abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair integrated audio-visual equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose issues using audio, video, and network test equipment.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance service delivery.
All other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven audio-visual integration or service experience.
Proficiency using audio, video, and network diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of Crestron, QSC and other audio-visual software (ex. QSC, Reflect, Crestron XIO, Crestron Toolbox)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
CTS certification preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
A valid drivers license with a responsible driving record.
