As a General Laborer – Field Operations (Entry Level), you’ll play a key role in supporting research and demonstration trials that shape the future of farming.

As a valued Field Operations team member, you’ll spend 95% of your time outdoors, supporting vital crop research efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Hoeing, plant sampling, and supporting general crop maintenance

Assisting with research trial setups and sales demonstration trials

Measuring, labeling, and planting/transplanting crops for field trials

Evaluating trial plots for treatment effectiveness and crop safety

Supporting irrigation efforts and harvesting crops

Mixing and applying crop protection products (under supervision)

Transporting and maintaining field equipment

Entering field data into internal systems and maintaining detailed records

Performing other field or administrative tasks as neededWhat You Bring to the Role

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in general labor, farming, landscaping, or similar field-based work

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (hoeing, lifting, fieldwork)

Comfortable starting early in the day (6:00 AM shift start)

Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed if used)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with crop or field research trials

Familiarity with pesticide application and agricultural equipment

Pay Details: 14.00 per hour
