Qualifications:
Certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Illinois
Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field

Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Proficient in behavior intervention strategies and crisis intervention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
Provide consultation services to teachers and school staff on student needs
Develop and implement IEPs, tailoring interventions to individual students
Offer counseling and support to students and families
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a collaborative school environment
Provide training and workshops for staff on mental health and wellness
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
