Qualifications:

Experience in implementing effective teaching strategies for students with special needs

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students with special education requirements
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a prehensive approach to student learning
Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining detailed documentation of IEP goals and outes
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation
