Key Responsibilities

Engage actively with potential students through various outreach channels including calls, emails, and social media.

Conduct interviews to ascertain the goals and needs of prospective students.

Provide detailed information about TUBC’s programs, admissions processes, and career opportunities.

Assist candidates in completing enrollment paperwork and understanding admission requirements.

Monitor the admissions process to facilitate a smooth transition for new students.

Collaborate with Financial Aid representatives to help students understand their funding options.

Organize and participate in recruitment events to enhance visibility and attract new students.

Establish relationships with local high schools and community organizations for outreach and recruitment.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or sales; recruitment experience is a plus.

Background in or passion for the beauty industry preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in computer skills and comfortable utilizing digital communication tools.

Ability to connect and build relationships with a diverse student population.

A genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed in their educational pursuits.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
