Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurse (Psych RN) to join a leading mental health facility in Warm Springs, MT. This role requires a compassionate and skilled nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients with psychiatric needs. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment and be committed to patient safety and well-being. CPI certification is required, along with standard nursing qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals with psychiatric conditions.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Provide crisis intervention and manage challenging behaviors.

Document all care and patient interactions accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing (MT or compact state).

Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience.

CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required.

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
