Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Qualifications:
Experience as a paraprofessional or behavior technician
Demonstrated ability to work one-on-one with students, particularly those with special education needs
Strong munication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals
Patience and adaptability in responding to student challenges
Relevant certifications or training in behavior support (preferred)
Location:
Lincoln, RI, with placements in local elementary and high schools.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to students, assisting with their educational and behavioral needs.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Assist students with mobility needs and other physical support as required.
Facilitate positive social and emotional development through appropriate interventions.
Monitor and document student progress, reporting any significant changes to supervising staff.
Support classroom activities and help create an inclusive learning environment.
