Qualifications:
Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of behavior modification techniques and data collection methods
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement ABA strategies effectively
Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and best practices
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and outes achieved
