LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company located in King of Prussia, PA. In this role, you will have full end-to-end responsibility for developing, aligning the team, and executing a comprehensive integration plan for acquisitions. This position involves leading the integration practice and providing FP&A leadership across the company.
Job Title: Senior Director of FP&A
Location: Hybrid to King of Prussia
Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 (Direct Hire)
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage the integration practice, successfully overseeing integrations totaling $75M across six states.
Conduct detailed P&L and financial statement consolidation and analysis, providing FP&A leadership for 24 platform companies and corporate departments.
Launch and manage SG&A cost-savings projects, achieving a 20% improvement to EBITDA.
Direct the integration team, oversee resource planning, and evaluate financial performance in a matrixed environment to achieve value and identify synergies averaging 3.5% across acquisitions.
Establish and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial statements to drive gross margin improvement through long-range planning, COGS/inventory standard operating procedures, and process improvements.
Enhance operational performance of acquired companies, existing platform companies, and corporate finance by providing General Managers with actionable recommendations to improve operating results and recommend changes in policies and procedures while ensuring GAAP compliance.
