Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly those with special needs
Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions and data-driven decision making
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
Implement and train staff on behavioral techniques and strategies
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of services provided
Participate in team meetings and provide insights on student needs and progress
