Professional Sign Language Interpreters are sought for an in-person role in Fort Fairfield, ME, within a dynamic middle school environment. This position focuses on providing essential munication support to a 6th-grade student, facilitating an inclusive educational experience for the uping school year.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (NIC or equivalent)

Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) with strong munication skills

Previous experience interpreting in educational settings, particularly with middle school students

Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

Knowledge of educational practices and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
