Enterprise Architect

Job Description

Were looking for an Enterprise Architect to define and drive the architecture vision, technology roadmap, and innovation strategy across the organization. You'll bridge business and IT, create capability maps, lead governance, and support domain/platform/solution architects in delivering consistent, scalable designs.

Key Responsibilities

Define & maintain enterprise architecture frameworks (apps, cloud, data, security)

Lead architecture reviews and establish governance (e.g. ARB)

Identify emerging technologies and lead PoCs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business-aligned tech strategies

Maintain architecture tools, standards, and reusable assets

Oversee innovation reviews and application portfolio management

Ideal Background

Proven experience in enterprise architecture across multiple domains

Strong understanding of cloud, security, data, and application integration

Leadership in architecture governance & innovation strategy

Familiarity with architecture tools and insurance industry (a plus)

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
