Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

Qualifications:

Valid Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education Licensure

Proven experience in special education, particularly at the high school level

Strong munication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Knowledge of various teaching strategies to acmodate different learning styles

Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other educators and support staff

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain IEPs, ensuring they meet the individual needs of each student

Collaborate with general education teachers to support student integration and learning

Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Engage students in meaningful educational activities that promote their overall development
