Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel contract in Gloucester, VA. This position requires strong clinical skills in home health care, including OASIS documentation and proficiency with Homecare Homebase. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care in patients' homes, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-home patient assessments and develop personalized care plans

Deliver skilled nursing services such as wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration

Accurately complete OASIS documentation

Utilize Homecare Homebase for efficient electronic charting

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Participate in on-call rotations as needed

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Virginia

Minimum of 2 years of home health nursing experience

Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase

Current BLS certification (AHA)

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
