Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team, working on the assembly line to create high-quality products. You will follow detailed work instructions, use basic hand tools, perform visual inspections, and document materials using a computer.
Responsibilities
Follow detailed work instructions for assembly steps.
Use basic hand tools for assembly tasks.
Perform visual inspections to ensure quality.
Pass assembled products to the next person or place them on the rack for quality checks.
Use a computer to read and document materials, and scan materials before and after assembly.Essential Skills
At least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.
6+ months of hand tool experience, including screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and screw guns.
Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical experience, such as car maintenance or home renovations.
Assembly experience using basic hand, power, or air toolsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The production environment is a 'clean room' style where special shoe inserts are required to prevent static damage to equipment. Occasionally, overtime is required to meet project deadlines. We have openings for:
1st shift with hours 6:30 to 2:30pm
2nd shift with hours from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
3rd shift with hours from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with potential for 10-hour shifts.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
