Job Details

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Data Product Analyst to join our Data Platform & Analytics team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business and technology to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable, cloud-native data solutions. You’ll act as a Product Owner, Scrum Lead, and key partner to technical teams and business stakeholders across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, ops, supply chain, commercial, etc.) to gather and translate business needs into clear data

requirements.

Define product scope, write user stories, and prioritize features for data products and platform capabilities.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage work in Jira or Azure DevOps.

Lead workshops, document processes, test data solutions, and support user adoption and training.

Use SQL and data tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and validate data quality and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in data engineering, analytics, or platform environments.

Proven success acting as a Product Owner or Agile Lead with experience delivering modern data solutions.

Strong skills in SQL, data pipelines (Fivetran, dbt, ADF), and tools like Databricks.

Experience working with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday) and understanding data across business domains.

Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with medallion architecture, delta tables, Unity Catalog

Background in self-service analytics, internal data products, or data marketplaces

Certifications (CSPO, CAP, PMI-PBA, etc.)
