The Production Support Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of customer orders within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include managing and adjusting production schedules, printing and distributing order tickets multiple times daily, and organizing tickets by date, material, and door style. This role requires constant communication with Customer Service, Sales, and the CIS team to resolve order issues, process changes, and support quote and material calculations.
Level out the colors and move any specified customer's orders by additional days
Print tickets from the day’s order entries multiple times a day
Separate tickets by date, material and door style.
Communicate with Customer Service and Sales on general questions or order issues
Process order changes submitted by Customer Service or Sales
Process all Book and Bank orders for Production
Process order quotes for material quantity
Prep work and schedule for Production
Communicate to CIS on any issues in HP or entry system
Provide support in other departments when needed
Distribute Tickets to the general manufacturing floor.
Performs related duties as required
Bilingual in Spanish is required
