Job Description:
Woith Engineering, Inc., is currently is accepting resumes for Professional Land Surveyors to work in our Great Falls and Kalispell, Montana offices. Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
Conduct land surveys for various projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to collect and analyze data.
Prepare detailed reports and maps for project planning and design.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate project execution.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Topographic Surveys: Deliver accurate site data to inform design decisions, enhancing project efficiency.
Boundary Surveys: Establish property lines to prevent legal disputes and ensure project compliance.
Construction Staking: Provide precise location markers to guide construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Produce comprehensive reports that support informed decision-making and project planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or associates degree, 2-5 years of experience and Professional Land Surveyor Certification preferred.
Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with employees, managers, internal and external clients.
Positive attitude and professional bearing.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Proficiency with basic land surveying tools and techniques.
High level of personal responsibility and accountability.
Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and develop personally and professionally.
Must be service oriented and be excited to work in a team environment.
Ability to work under and respond to stressful situations.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
