Job Description
Join a dynamic team in a manufacturing facility specializing in API Couplings, PUP joints, and Water Well couplings. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and editing programs for specific parts using blueprints. Running lathe machines. While programming is not required, the role involves multiple changes and setups daily, primarily with medium-sized carbon steel products.
Pay $20 - $28/hr depending on experience.
Contract to hire position.
Responsibilities
Setup and edit CNC machine programs based on blueprints and shop drawings.
Perform multiple changes and setups per day.
Conduct light inspections of work during the process, ensuring quality control.
Utilize troubleshooting skills to maintain efficient operations.Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years experience in setup and editing on G code.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Experience in light inspection and quality control.
Strong troubleshooting skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Being bilingual is highly advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a small, family-owned shop with approximately 12-15 employees. The shop is non-climate controlled and features a bilingual environment where managers and supervisors speak both languages. The shift is from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with work required every other weekend.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, Texas.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
