Job Title: Superintendent Urban Commercial Construction

Location: Lincolnton, NC (Travel required across North Carolina)

Salary: $90,000 – $160,000 (based on experience) plus bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Superintendent to lead field operations on urban commercial and retail construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in both ground-up and renovation work who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish

Oversee sitework, structural systems, and interior buildouts

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules

Ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance

Resolve field issues and maintain project momentum

Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors

Maintain daily reports and documentation

Qualifications

5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Experience with urban and retail projects preferred

Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with construction safety and documentation

Willingness to travel across North Carolina
