Job Title: 1st shift General Laborer ($18-$19/hr+.)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Harrison, OH.

Hours: (Monday – Thursday, Some Fridays)

1st : 6am-6pm

(Employees will be working OT, If they are not comfortable with OT, they will not work out. Also attendance is huge, they have a 0 tolerance for missing, especially in the first 90 days.)

Responsibilities

Perform multiple jobs during the shift including visual inspection, packing, forklift operation, and line pulling.

Ensure efficient operation of automated equipment.

Lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.

Collaborate with hands-on managers who assist throughout shifts.

During downtime, employees will cross-train to help you grow quickly. They are a new location so growth can happen quickly throughout the company if you prove you want to grow. You will perform a variety of tasks including visual inspection, packing, forklift operation, and line pulling. Participate in cross-training during downtime to facilitate quick growth within the company.Essential Skills

Experience in general labor.

Willingness to be trained in multiple areas.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Forklift experience.

Experience in construction, production, power tools, hand tools, concrete, assembly, solar, carpentry, loading, picking, and using a tape measure.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
