Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide temporary support to our Customer Operations team during a period of double maternity leave. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Temporary (Full-Time)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently assist in processing all aspects of sales orders
Support customer operations and collaborate effectively with adjacent teams
Maintain professional and courteous email communication
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) for order processing and reporting
Perform data entry and other computer-based tasks with attention to detail
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-paced setting
Build and maintain positive working relationships within the team
Perform other related duties as assigned or required in the course of daily operations
Requirements:
Availability to work 40 hours per week during the contract period
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
Basic computer literacy and solid email etiquette
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Ability to adapt quickly and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment
Prior experience in sales operations or administrative support is a plus
