JOB OVERVIEW

Net Health is seeking a results-driven and data-fluent marketing professional to help activate programs that drive client advocacy and revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Sitting within the post-sale lifecycle, the Sr. Client Marketing Manager will operate in the advocacy and expansion band, executing programs that grow client value, strengthen strategic relationships, and close the loop on engagement insights. This role reports to the Director of Client Marketing and supports Net Health’s overall client marketing strategy while ensuring strong alignment with Client Services and Sales.

What You Will Be Doing

Execute advocacy and expansion programs to increase client engagement and support upsell/cross-sell strategies.

Partner with the Director of Client Marketing on client advocacy efforts including identifying and activating promoters, supporting customer stories, and managing referral or testimonial workflows with content marketing.

Build data dashboards and campaign tracking frameworks to measure program effectiveness, customer engagement, and advocacy outcomes.

Manage Voice of the Customer feedback loops, including program execution for NPS, CSAT, and other survey mechanisms.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to turn engagement data into actionable insights that inform campaigns and strengthen client health.

Develop marketing assets that support expansion goals, including in-product messaging, training updates, and engagement-triggered touchpoints.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Client Services to identify growth opportunities, coordinate follow-up, and close the loop with key accounts.

Support the execution of targeted client programs that reinforce value realization beyond the retention touchpoints managed by the retention team.

Promotions Calendar and Channel Execution: Work with the COE PMM Lead to develop and execute promotional placements within the Net Health Community and through in-app channels like Pendo; manage the calendar of promotions in collaboration with the Demand Generation team.

Lead the execution of client advocacy activations on-site at annual conferences (i.e., NEXT), and own promotional efforts that drive registration growth and deeper penetration across our client base.

Maintain strong communication with the Director of Client Marketing to ensure continuity of relationships and alignment on strategic messaging.

What You Need for this Position

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related areas of study, or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus

10+ years of SaaS B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success supporting client advocacy and expansion programs.

Expertise in building marketing dashboards and using analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Strong understanding of client lifecycle engagement, especially in advocacy, upsell, and cross-sell stages.

Experience managing or supporting Voice of the Client programs including NPS and CSAT.

Solid collaboration skills with the ability to support cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and client services.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, specifically Power Point, Word and Excel

CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)

Marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud)

Advocacy platforms (e.g., Higher Logic, Gainsight etc.).
