Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering plans and surveys
Prepare and coordinate land development designs including site grading, pipe networks, utilities, roadways and other site elements
Adhere to City/County jurisdictional code requirements when preparing designs
Coordinate with City officials during planning and design preparation
Work with engineers and administrative employees in preparation of design
Remote work from home considered on individual basis
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Minimum 2 years of experience with land development design
Familiarity with engineering design plan formats and drafting standards
Must be able to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
Must possess critical thinking skills
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must possess good verbal and communication skills
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from accredited universityCompany Description
