Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

Contract Duration: 6 Months + Contract to Hire

Experience Needed: 10 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, particularly within platform teams, and prior experience working as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and be able to guide teams through complex integrations and platform optimizations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead architectural design and platform strategy for ServiceNow

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

· Provide leadership and guidance to platform teams ensuring alignment with business goals

· Participate in and lead multiple interview rounds as part of the evaluation process

· Ensure best practices in ServiceNow implementations and upgrades

Must Haves:

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst

· 10 years of relevant experience

· Leadership experience in platform teams

· Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
