Electrical Estimator

Job Description

Sunland Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Estimator for immediate placement in our San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX or Denver, CO office. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for providing detailed cost estimates based upon conceptual documents as well as schematic, design development, and construction documents. The Electrical Estimator will interface with other estimating disciplines as well as the other members of the Project Team and Owner Representatives.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

3-10 years of construction estimating experience

Ability to read and understand plans and specifications for electrical disciplines

Good working knowledge of construction techniques and production rates

Ability to provide cost from Conceptual to Construction Documents

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferences:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar field of study preferred.

Field experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
