Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.

Perform remodeling tasks that involve plumbing work, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.

Read and interpret blueprints to determine plumbing system layouts.

Conduct pipe threading and welding as necessary for system installations or repairs.

Troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pressure problems.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Proficiency in plumbing techniques and practices, including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.

Competence in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.

Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
