Job Overview
Full-time Salary Position of 40 hours/week in office. Payable on a monthly payroll basis.
Must be a current licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) in any US State.
Core Office Hours will be between 9 am and 4 pm, with a 1-hour flex hour on either side to allow for a 1-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Structural Calculations, Create Structural Drawings, Redlines, and shop drawing reviews for company jobs.
Manage and help train EITs and Drafters as needed for project completion and reviews.
Maintaining client relations via phone calls, email, and good engineering service.
Travel as needed for as-built surveys and job walks.
AutoCAD drafting and Revit drafting as needed.
Printing and running plots.
Take incoming calls as directed.
Other office tasks that require attention as needed.
What We Offer
Incentive Bonuses: Awarded quarterly, based on the following:
o 15% of gross salary maximum (1/4 of this awarded each quarter throughout the year).
o Employee performance as discussed in quarterly review meetings.
o Company performance and net profit.
Paid Time Off: 3 Weeks will be accrued over the course of the first year and prorated at the beginning of every calendar year of employment thereafter.
Paid Holidays: 9 designated holidays annually.
Gym Membership Reimbursement: $30 per month, with a minimum of 10 days required each month.
Insurance Coverage: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance will be provided for the employee, with the option to add spouse and dependents at the employee’s own cost.
Maternity/Paternity Leave of Absence: 1-week paid leave for week following childbirth.
Cell Phone Plan: A cell phone plan will be provided for the employee, with the option to add spouse and dependents at the employee’s own cost.
Retirement Plan: SIMPLE IRA with a 3% employer match.
Life Insurance: A $50,000 Life insurance policy will be provided by the company, with the opportunity for you to increase this up to $200,000 at your own cost.
Identity Protection: Provided through LegalShield.
NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT:
Employee agrees that the value of being hired for this position under this agreement is being used in exchange for the employee’s agreement to the non-compete terms listed herein.
Non-Compete agreement shall be effective for one full calendar year from the employee’s last day of employment.
During the course of your employment, you agree not to work for or provide any services to any competitor of the Company. Neither shall you engage in any competitive activity with respect to the Company. Competitive activity includes, but is not limited to, forming or making plans to form a business entity to directly compete with any business of the Company. This provision does not prevent you from seeking or obtaining employment or other forms of business relationships with a competitor after termination of employment with the Company so long as such a competitor was in existence prior to the termination of your relationship with the Company and you were in no way involved with the organization or formation of such a competitor.
During the term of your employment, and for a period of one (1) year immediately thereafter, You agree not to solicit any employee or independent contractor of the Company on behalf of any other business enterprise, nor shall you induce any employee or independent contractor associated with the Company to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with the Company.
For a period of one (1) year following the termination of your employment and your relationship with the Company, you shall not, directly or indirectly disclose to any person, firm or corporation the names or addresses of any of the customers or clients of the Company or any other information pertaining to them. Neither shall you call on, solicit, take away, or attempt to call on, solicit, or take away any customer of the Company on whom you have called or with whom you became acquainted during the term of your employment, as the direct or indirect result of your employment with the Company.
You hereby acknowledge (1) that the Company will suffer irreparable harm if you breach your obligations under this Agreement; and (2) that monetary damages will be inadequate to compensate the Company for such a breach. Therefore, if you breach any of such provisions, then the Company shall be entitled to injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies at law or equity, to enforce such provisions.
The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and if any one or more provisions may be determined to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions and any partially unenforceable provisions to the extent enforceable shall nevertheless be binding and enforceable.Company Description
