We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Braze Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precision brazing operations on metal components, following detailed specifications and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate brazing equipment to join metal parts and assemblies

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and process instructions

Select appropriate brazing materials such as alloys, fluxes, and torches

Inspect joints and assemblies for proper alignment and quality

Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean work area

Ensure consistent product quality by adhering to company and industry standards

Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and communicate with maintenance as needed

Work closely with quality control and production teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

1+ years of brazing experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Ability to work with torches, induction heaters, and ovens

Solid understanding of metals, heat tolerances, and bonding techniques

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
