Regional Sales Manager

What You’ll Do:
Build strong connections with customers to understand what they need
Present and promote our high-quality products to help customers solve their challenges
Plan and carry out sales strategies to win new customers and grow existing accounts
Offer top-notch customer service and technical support
Travel a minimum of three days a week to meet clients, building relationships and showcasing solutions
Work closely with our team and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth and clear communication
What We’re Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in business development, outside sales, or a related field
An understanding of mechanical components (like motors, chains, couplings, and bearings)
A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus
Someone who’s highly motivated, an excellent communicator, and has a valid driver’s license
