Responsibilities
Manages all elements of the sales cycle within assigned territory to sell IDEMIA's livescan, rapid ID, ABIS workstations, and Enroll Your Own offerings.
Respond to customer inquires via the website or emails
Proactively hunt for additional opportunities in your territory
Speak to customers on the phone and via email to qualify their use case and gather the necessary information to generate a quote
Engage with internal resources to answer additional questions as needed
Generate quotes
Manage a sales forecast using SalesForce.com with accuracy
Work with the internal team to ensure your orders are booked
Maintain relationships with existing customers by gathering customer feedback leading to improved customer satisfaction, product development, and market analysis.
Develops a comprehensive knowledge of IDEMIA products and technical architecture, industry characteristics, and competitive environment.
Attends staff meetings, Users’ Conference, and other shows as required. Travel in this role is minimal.
Qualifications
Experience in State and Local sales
Experience in biometrics or identity management a plus
Excellent organization and time management skills which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to detail; must be able to understand and manage conflicting priorities
