Job DetailsThe Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a functional resource for Jefferson’s HRIS and Workday HCM platforms. The position will provide leadership with configuration, maintenance, issue resolution, and integration with 3rd party systems.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5 pm)
*Hybrid - 2 days in office*
Essential Functions
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
Guide configuration and process solutions from concept to deployment, including:
Partner with functional areas to analyze business needs, document requirements, and translate them into appropriate system specifications
Coordinate, plan and lead UAT sessions for end users
Provide system training as necessary
Work with IS&T to support technical requirements, i.e. test databases and access
Strong business process design experience
Build, maintain, and update reports utilizing Workday HCM system reporting tools
Leverage Workday Community to diagnose and fix functional issues
Acts as liaison between business areas and technical teams throughout the project life-cycle
Perform mass data loads (EIB’s) and audits
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or closely related field, or equivalent work experience
AND
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with Workday HCM in multiple modules (Recruiting, HR, Benefits, Payroll, etc)
Experience with at least 1 full-life cycle of Workday as a functional team member and/or functional team lead is a plus
Experience in the health care or university setting in a plus
Experience in a consulting environment is a plus
