QC Coordinator

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Coordinator â 1st and 2nd Shift

Location: Middlebury, IN

Compensation: $18.00 â $21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 5:00 AM â 1:30 PM (currently working overtime until 3:30 PM; some weekends required)

2nd Shift: 1:00PM â 11:30PM Available

What Youâ ll Do:

Proactively inspect materials during production to maintain quality standards

Review and complete claim forms for any rejected materials

Use measuring tools including tape measures, micrometers, and calipers to ensure precision

Make informed decisions on questionable materials

Maintain documentation and communication using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook

Take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team

What You Bring:

Prior experience in quality control or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

Proficiency with basic inspection tools

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook

A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
