Creative Web Designer (In-Office, No Remote)

This full-time, in-office position blends web development with digital design. You'll spend most of your time building and maintaining websites, but also contribute meaningfully to the look and feel of projects through your design work. You should be just as comfortable working in WordPress as you are in Adobe Illustrator - and excited to take on both. Responsibilities

Build and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Customize themes and layouts using tools like Elementor

Translate creative concepts and wireframes into polished, high-performing web pages

Design digital assets for websites, social media, and email (banners, icons, graphics, etc.)

Support visual layout and design direction across digital platforms

Troubleshoot bugs, manage updates, and help keep sites secure and optimized

Collaborate with the team to bring campaigns and brand stories to life online

Qualifications

Experience in both front-end web development and graphic design (2+ years preferred)

Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and XD or Figma)

A good eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency

Understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and basic SEO

A collaborative mindset and clear, professional communication skills

In-person availability at our Leesburg, Daytona Beach, or Winter Park office
