Your role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator As the Recruiter at Noble Hearts HR Consulting, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our recruiting department.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview processes, and participating in career events to attract top talent.

To excel in this position, you must be adept at developing long-term recruitment strategies and building strong relationships with potential hires.

You will collaborate closely with managers to understand staffing needs, create recruitment materials, post job listings, and attend recruiting events.

Utilizing databases and social media, you will source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and design effective recruiting strategies to ensure we attract the best candidates.

Your analytical skills will also be tested as you review resumes, analyze job requirements, and provide detailed recruiting reports to enhance our hiring processes.

Would you be a great Talent Acquisition Coordinator?

To excel as a Recruiter at Noble Hearts HR Consulting, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred but not mandatory.

With a minimum of 2 years of previous recruitment experience, you should demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills essential for success in this role.

Your ability to negotiate effectively and utilize various selection processes like reference checks and phone interviews will be crucial.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and familiarity with data/electronic records programs is required.

Being comfortable with office equipment and having a knack for working with others in a team-oriented environment are key attributes that will help you thrive in this dynamic recruiting position.

The knowledge and skills required for the position are: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Master's degree preferred but not required.

At least 2 years of previous work experience as a Recruiter.

Excellent communication skills.

Comfortable working with others.

Strong decision-making skills.

Good negotiation skills.

Experience with different selection processes, such as reference checks and phone interviews.

Computer literate (basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) and data/electronic records program in use Able to use office equipment as required.
