Weâ re looking for a Machine Operator who enjoys working with tools, setting up machines, and making things happen. If youâ re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your skills, this could be the perfect fit!

What Youâ ll Be Doing:

Youâ ll be working with a variety of machines to help us produce high-quality parts. Your main responsibilities will include:

Setting up and programming a Drill Press

Operating the Drill Press to complete precision work

Setting up and operating machines like:

Countersink

Boring machine

Tapping machine (including changing taps and drill bits)

Loading parts and running machines with the push of a button

Training provided on how to set up and operate a Pem Setter

What You Need to Bring:

Experience setting up and operating a Drill Press is a must

Familiarity with countersink, boring, and tapping machines

Ability to change out taps and drill bits

A strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

Work boots are required â safety is our top priority!

Willingness to learn and grow with hands-on training
