This is a unique opportunity to have meaningful impact using data insights to identify solutions at leading financial services firm!

As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate within the Customer Identity & Authentication Product Team, you'll utilize data insights to identify and implement solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining features that mitigate risk and safeguard our customers. You will engage in the design and development of metrics, identification of attack vectors, and execution of ad-hoc analysis, all while promoting efficiencies through data utilization. This role offers the chance to contribute to roadmap discussions and actively participate in the enhancement of operational processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Design & development of metrics as well as ongoing metric monitoring

Develop capabilities to proactively look for and identify attack vectors

Perform ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing management and product area business initiatives

Build and work in a controlled environment

Participate in roadmap discussions and capture data requirements to feed into our data roadmap

Actively drive efficiencies by using data, reporting, and analysis to develop and recommend improvements in existing operational processes

Synthesize analytical findings; be a storyteller who clearly and concisely articulates analytical findings in a compelling way that enables senior leadership to confidently make evidence-based decisions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in quantitative/analytical function

Proficiency in a range of statistical methods and tools including SQL and Python

Ability to develop advanced data visualization and presentations (Tableau, Alteryx)

Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and insights to design and recommend system or process improvements

Experience defining and establishing effective controls

Excellent communication and the ability to present to an executive audience

Robust relationship management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in Authentication or Risk

Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
