Maintenance Technician

Temp To Full-Time

We seek a skilled Maintenance Technician in Payson, UT to join our team at a nutraceutical company. This role involves ensuring manufacturing equipment's optimal operation and upkeep, particularly within our encapsulation, tableting, and packaging departments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these areas and a strong mechanical background to support production efficiency and quality.

Pay: $20-$25/hr

Hours: 8 am-4:30 pm M-F

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on encapsulation, tableting, and packaging equipment.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure machinery operates efficiently and meets safety standards.

Assist in setting up, adjusting, and calibrating equipment for different production runs.

Monitor equipment performance, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to minimize downtime.

Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry.

Hands-on experience with encapsulation, tableting, and packaging machinery.

Familiarity with GMP regulations and safety protocols.
