We are looking for a Graphic and Multimedia Designer to assist with the strategising, designing and production of visual communications for print and digital materials, as well as prioritising and managing multiple projects.

Provide in-house graphic design, including image photoshop, literature design, direct mail products, adverts, posters, packaging, social media graphics, and others as assigned. This role focuses on visual aspects, not copywriting, with potential for overlap.
Support event activities with print/digital promotion, event floorplan design & mock-up, and microsites. Attend ARI events as needed.
Create and upload graphics for the website to promote products, services, and events.
Develop PowerPoint presentations, dynamic/interactive forms, training materials, and similar.
Manage the development of interactive digital media, including 3D animations, videography, interactive website graphics, and similar. Role is to build storyboards, communicate vision, and source venders; materials created through external agencies.
Monitor sales partner pages for ARI brand representation.
Manage projects from concept to production, including initial project scope meetings, market research, product design, vendor coordination, and final product distribution.
Manage digital distribution of literature and marketing supplies to events, customers, and employees.
Maintain inventory of printed/physical marketing supplies.
Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors and ensure quality control.
Stay updated on design software and attend workshops or tradeshows.
Create financial reports, collect or submit payments on time, and remain under budget.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in design communications, related field or equivalent.
Two to four years related experience or equivalent.
Expert with Adobe Creative Suite (Cloud): most especially Bridge, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Adobe Acrobat DC.
Comprehension of coding language basics, such as HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
Trained in typography aesthetics and functionality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365: most especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Teams
Proficient with video chat platforms, including MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and others.
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to develop realistic action plans.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Can work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
Ability to conceptualize creative concepts. Ability to direct and recommend creative solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
