CDL Driver – Residential Route

Location: Monroe, LA

Pay: $21/hour starting + steady overtime + benefits

We’re hiring a CDL Driver to run residential garbage routes right here in Monroe. You’ll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck, play a key role in keeping our community clean while putting safety first.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Start early at 4:30 a.m., done when the route is done

Around 45–50 hours a week

10–12 hour days — and plenty of overtime available year-round

Pay & Benefits:

$21/hour starting pay

Full benefits — medical, dental, and vision

Paid vacation

401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%

Bi-weekly pay + consistent overtime

Stable, year-round work — no seasonal layoffs here

What You’ll Need:

A valid Class A or B CDL

At least 1 year of experience driving with your CDL

A focus on safety, reliability, and good customer service
